A Real-Time Strategy (RTS) is a genre of war-like video games that is not turn based. Typical components of an RTS game are player creation, positioning, and maneuvering of units and buildings. Creation of units is usually limited by accumulated resources and unit caps. Goals of gameplay are to secure different points on the map and/or destroy their opponents.
