Mad-Doc Software is the company of retards who developed Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest, Empire Earth II (+The Art of Supremacy expansion), and Empire Earth III.

On April 4, 2008, the company was acquired by Rockstar Games and rebranded as Rockstar New England.
