Mad-Doc Software is the company of retards who developed Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest, Empire Earth II (+The Art of Supremacy expansion), and Empire Earth III. GameSpot gave all of these games horrible reviews.
On April 4, 2008, the company was acquired by Rockstar Games and rebranded as Rockstar New England.
