Sampson
The Sampson is the first kind of siege unit available to the player, being available from the Stone Age to the Copper Age. The Sampson it a critical unit in the early stages of the game due to it being the first dedicated anti-building unit available, thus making it a powerful unit to use against all kind of buildings, especially Walls and Towers, as Tower attacks are not as effective against it as they are against other units.
Note that they are unable to attack other units and should be accompanied by other military units for protection.
